山海关污水处理厂是《中国城镇污水处理及再生设施建设‘十一五’规划》和 “渤海碧海”、 “三河三湖”水污染防治重点项目。处理后的污水已使秦皇岛山海关区大石河及潮河入海处海域水质得到好转。
