中冶建设承建的北京通用航空常州飞机工业有限公司生产厂房及配套设施一期工程（总装厂房、喷漆厂房）项目位于江苏省常州市新北区常州机场以北, 幸福路以南、界沟以西地块。该项目包括总装厂房、喷漆厂房、室外道路及综合管网，总建筑面积为10077.53平米，总投资为2446万元人民币。本项目于2016年10月30日正式开工并已于2016年7月底竣工验收投入使用。

　　Beijing General Aviation Changzhou Aircraft Industry Co., Ltd production plants and ancillary facilities project (assembly plant, painting workshop) – first stage is constructed by MCC- Htec. This project is located in Xinbei District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, North of Changzhou Airport, south of Xingfu Road and west of Jiegou. The project includes assembly plant, painting workshop, outdoor road and integrated pipe network; with a total construction area of 10077.53 square meters, a total investment of 24.46 million Yuan. The project started in October 30, 2016 and was completed by the end of July 2016 with completion acceptance and put into use.
